Jay Gardner, co-owner of Home Energy Solutions of the Triad is licensed by the State of North Carolina and has been additionally certified as a HERS rater through the Residential Energy Network (RESNET) as well as a Building Analyst through the Building Performance Institute (BPI). Jay has been trained to inspect all major elements of the property according to The North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board Standards of Practice and provide a qualified opinion on the present condition, operation and function of the home.

You are invited, and strongly encouraged to accompany our inspector through your home and ask questions in order to get a better understanding of the home’s condition. You will be given a comprehensive report and descriptive overview of the condition of the home's components from roof to basement; as well as helpful suggestions on home maintenance.

There are many processes involved in buying a new home and the home inspection is no less important than any other. The home you have selected may seem to be everything that you are looking for, but how can you be sure that there are no potentially serious defects or safety hazards that could make the investment in your new home even more expensive.
